How was Pierott Day 2022?

A day that was marked by sports, competitions, attractions and unmistakable children’s joy. It is always a great pleasure for us to meet our supporters, well-wishers, but also friends and acquaintances and celebrate a successful year. But the greatest joy comes from the children who, with their energy, enthusiasm, laughter and cheerfulness, included made this year’s Pierott Day.

A good time for all

The rich cultural and sports program that we managed to organize really consisted of performances in which the musical component of our Eastern Slovakian region was mixed with a good dose of sports. The Solivarčan Folklore Ensemble, the Prešov workout group Hype Sesh Team and, last but not least, the talented children you know from the big Internet talent competition Kids Have Talent performed here. They showed us how they can sing, dance or train a dog. During the whole day, you were accompanied by our court presenter Evka, and there was also a DJ who accompanied the whole program with good music. Fun attractions such as bouncy castles, contests with sweet prizes and face painting were waiting for all participating children.

Sport and health

The sports atmosphere was not missing, especially thanks to the reunion of Pierott Day with the legendary adrenaline-fueled obstacle course Hero Race, during which we watched with bated breath how skilled athletes were able to overcome their strengths and particularly challenging obstacles. This year there was also a children’s track, which was a smaller version of the adult track. A huge number of children could also measure their strength and try to compete.

Objectively, we can assess that this day contained most of what happened in PIEROTT n.o. we strive to achieve daily: that children play sports, that they are not afraid to show their talent, that families spend more time together and, most importantly, that children rejoice, smile and have fun. We are very happy that we met you again after a whole year and were able to reflect together on all that we achieved in the last year. THANK YOU.
