Patrick's story
He trains every day of the week, and Saturday means a match for Patrik. He strives to devote 100% to hockey and improve his skills.
As a kindergartener, he also played football for a while, until recently he also played hockey, but currently he is trying to devote himself 100% to hockey and improve his skills. He trains every day of the week, and Saturday for Patrik’s team always means a good match, where he can compete with hockey players from other cities in Slovakia.
Patrik really doesn’t have to worry about family support. His father is also a hockey player and currently also a pre-training coach. Similarly, Patrik’s grandfather was once a renowned hockey player, which means that his path to hockey was quite natural. And as his father says, Mr. Baláž:
I would like to see his dreams come true and from the talks we have at home, I know he would like to play professional men’s hockey. But basically it’s up to him. When he wants to prove something, he has to work hard, and not only what he practices in training, but also at home is not enough.
