We were the first in Slovakia to start fundraising through a call center. Fundraising is a method of obtaining resources, which as a non-profit organization we distribute to aid projects for various difficult health and social cases.

Effective and direct assistance

We first decided on this tool in the case of little Marko with hemiparesis and practically non-functional one side of the brain. His story appealed to us a lot, so we decided to address people directly, tell them about the possibilities of how to help, and send a donation contract to the given address to those interested, so that everything is correct and kosher.

Help under control

Donors can track exactly where their money is going, how the little boy’s case is developing and how effective their help is. Believe that even €10 means a lot to us. We do not rely only on 2%, we also address sponsors and all people who want and can help. Any amount.

Closer to you

We want to get closer to you in the form of a call center, which after successful testing we also use for other specific cases. Also answer any questions or concerns that many donors have. Where exactly will my money go? Will they not be abused? Who gets them? How will they help? We thoroughly check the cases that our friendly call operators tell people about, and we personally visit the people we decide to help in this way.
